But one of the last classic symptoms of pregnancy is mood swings.  What used to be blamed on your menstrual cycle cannot be compared to the mood swings that you can experience while pregnant.  The reason why a woman has mood swings once a month is due to the hormones that regulate her menstrual cycle.  Well imagine those same hormones multiplied.  The result can cause you to cry one moment and get very angry the next.

Conception Pregnancy: Conceiving a baby

The baby bug has finally hit you and you have decided that you are ready to have a baby.  But conceiving a baby is not always easy for everyone.  If you are among the many women that have trouble with conception pregnancy, there are a few things that you can do to increase your chances.  Let’s take a look at a few things that you can do to help this along.

The most important things during conception pregnancy you need to remember when conceiving a baby are to take care of your body, keep track of when you are ovulating by tracking your menstrual cycle, and by this you will learn when the best time to conceive is.  However, you must remember that if you have been taking any form of birth control, it may take up to six to twelve months before you will be able to conceive.

By keeping track of your menstrual cycle you will also be able to easier track when you are ovulating.  This is important to know when your eggs are released for conception pregnancy. And the best way to help you keep track of this is by using a calendar.  Once you have the calendar, make sure to track your menstrual cycle, the days that you are ovulating and any changes in your body during the month.  Ovulation generally occurs about 12-14 days from the start of your period.  However, this is not always the case for every woman.

Some women do not ovulate when their body should, and some women do not keep to a 28 day menstrual cycle.  This is why it is good to keep a calendar for a few months to learn your cycle.  And the changes you feel in your body will help point towards when you are ovulating. Once you have a good idea of when your period ends, you can further help matters by recording your body temperature.

You will notice that right before you start to ovulate your base temperature will go down from.5 to 1 whole degree.  And the opposite end of that is when you see your temperature elevate to 0.5 to 1 whole degree right after ovulation.  The best way to determine this is to start taking your temperature the day your period ends.  You will want to do this by inserting the thermometer into your vagina as soon as you wake up in the morning and when you get ready to go to bed in the evening.  The result of this as well as seeing an increase or change in secretions will point to when you are ovulating, and thus when it is the best time to try for conception pregnancy.
